The Wellsprings is a restaurant that sits on the great driving road that is the high pass over Pendle Hill. It has stunning views across the Ribble Valley and with Spanish music playing in the background you could be forgiven for thinking you were sat in Andalusia rather than Lancashire (if you manage to catch the sun of course).
The owners Catherine & Zak are proud to offer a delicious Spanish & Mexican menu, along with a great selection of beers, wines & Sangria. We visited recently and tried the T-bone and Gambas Pil Pil, along with with a Sangria and Alhambra lager. The Wellsprings gets 5 stars from us!
